There is nothing in the constitution about abortion which means (by the tenth amendment) it is entirely a state issue. The judge says the constitution grants women the right to abortion and that is a brazen lie the courts have been peddling for 44 years.

Federal Judge Overturns Texas Ban on Dismemberment Abortions

nov 25 2017 A federal judge has struck down a Texas law that bans second-trimester dismemberment abortions, those in which an unborn baby is “torn limb from limb” and then extracted from the uterus.
U.S. District Judge Lee Yeakel ruled that banning dismemberment abortion – a form of “D&E” (dilation and evacuation) abortion – places an “undue burden” upon women.

“The State’s valid interest in promoting respect for the life of the unborn, although legitimate, is not sufficient to justify such a substantial obstacle to the constitutionally protected right of a woman to terminate a pregnancy before fetal viability,” the judge wrote.

But there is something in the Constitution that protects liberty.

He's 72. In another decade he'll face the Judge of all.

He will answer for the lives he stole.

Don’t be an ass. You know that is what happens. Or do you need pictures?

I believe this is called legislating from the bench and is illegal. Judges don't write laws.
But it's extremely common and has been for decades. The most outrageous example after Roe is plyler v doe where the court wrote a law ordering states to provide free k-12 for illegal kids!!!!! That has cost the american taxpayer trillions.
