The FBI has no evidence that Clinton's email server was ever hacked.
Even Baker admits that "ultimately he was persuaded to exonerate her."
Persuaded, yeah I'll bet he was persuaded. The Clintons made him an offer he couldn't refuse, go along with exoneration or your career is over.
Whether or not the Clinton's server was hacked or not is beside the point, which is that she had hundreds of official gov't business emails on that unprotected server, including classified information. And THAT is why she should have beeen indicted, and convicted.
Hillary was NOT exonerated, in fact if you actually pay attention to Comey's press conference he CLEARLY stated that yes she broke the law, but without intent so in his OPINION no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute.
We can quibble all day long about whether that is true or even about whether Comey's OPINON should have mattered there, but there is no quibble , the Director of the FBI said on national TV that Hillary did break the law.
