You are missing the point, diversity should not even enter into it....You know, like Harvard has recently discovered.

Usually if the FBI wants to infiltrate a organization they just get them a paid turncoat informer or three to do their dirty work for them.

If you think otherwise you are just watching too many crime movies. There are very few deep cover FBI operatives compared to paid informants.
