He only testified once under oath and it was in a civil court. He spoke a lot of irrelevant nonsense, but noting to the point of perjury. His speeches out of the courtroom and in his campaign rallies are chocked full of lies.

One problem. The OP is confusing GPS with Phone Signals.

Being pinged on a phone tower means you were within 30 miles of that tower. Phone companies can't track people to specific locations. They can only tell when they were within range of a given tower.

Tower pings is how people are tracked, not GPS and the sources cited in the OP specifically state that he was pinged on the same tower that her house uses. That means he could have been anywhere within a 30 mile radius.

The questions are: (1) is there enough evidence that he did wrong to indict him, and (2) is this all being done in a lawful way?

If the answers to both questions are "Yes" then the trial may proceed unencumbered by the background noise.
