Family of man shot dead by sheriff's deputy awarded $4 damages

This happened in January of 2014...back before the negroes started gettin' uppity.

Even though it took place an hour from my home, I never heard about it.

Imagine if that same kind of shooting were to happen today! It would be national news for days.
