Fox News hosts and contributors have campaigned for Republican candidates and organizations from coast to coast this election cycle.

Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is the largest beneficiary of the Fox News campaigning. Five Fox News figures are advising Romney's campaign, and nine have been featured in a Romney event.

Fair and Balanced?? More like Fraudulent and Biased!!!

As usual, you fail to distinguish between hard news and opinion, and between fact and fiction. FNC's News programs are objectively more accurate than their competitors, and their opinion shows generally present both sides of an issue. The fact that their liberal commentators are constrained by a "no spin" format is their problem, not FNC's.

Shouldn't this thread be in the Media forum?

BTW, where's the Media Matters report over how biased MSNBC is? And where's your indignant post about that?

Biased is one thing, supporting and coordinating directly with campaigns is another.

Why don't they put their conservative commentators under the same constraint? :D

"MSNBC.com identified 144 journalists who made political contributions from 2004 through the start of the 2008 campaign, according to the public records of the Federal Election Commission. Most of the newsroom checkbooks leaned to the left:
125 journalists gave to Democrats and liberal causes.
Only 17 gave to Republicans. Two gave to both parties."

Got any proof that any Fox News anchors/hosts are supporting or coordinating with the Romney campaign? Media Matters is a far left loon outfit that is engaged in a blood feud with Fox, anything they say without corrorating evidence shouldn't be taken at face value.

"There is a liberal bias. It's demonstrable. You look at some statistics.
About 85 percent of the reporters who cover the White House vote Democratic, they have for a long time.
There is a, particularly at the networks, at the lower levels, among the editors and the so-called infrastructure, there is a liberal bias.-
Newsweek Washington Bureau Chief Evan Thomas (Hardly a right wing publication!)

You need to learn the difference between Political Commentators, and Reporters. FOX makes not attempt to hide the fact that its Commentary is Pro Republican.

unlike MSNBC who tries to claim impartiality while actively campaigning for Obama.

"CMPA analysts said press accounts framed the attack as a spontaneous protest — the Obama administration's initial version of events — four times more often than they called it a terrorist assault, which was what Republicans and even some Democrats identified it as in the days right after Sept. 11.
The study graded news stories based on their use of words and phrases that touched on themes such as free speech, security problems and terrorism.
"The Benghazi attack was depicted in terms related to a spontaneous protest (emphasized by the Obama administration)
over four times as often as a planned attack (emphasized by Republicans) —
17% vs. 4% of the coverage, respectively," the CMPA concluded.

MSM said 17% of the time it was the video... vs 4% was planned terrorist attack!

That's your response??? Why don't you support Fox if you think they are so fair and balanced??? Maybe because you know they aren't. I've never read about MSNBC employees supporting a candidate.

That is SO true! News program/anchors are NOT supposed to be biased.
Commentators like Hannity/Rush... THEY TELL US their bias!

So this stuff about FOX is as you say NOT accurate to lump all together!

OMG. You nuts will justify anything the right wing does. They could rob a bank and you'd stick up for them.

Guess you didn't read the link where they lay out all their sources and back up their claims.
