Actually, the OP didn't comment either way, just posted a factcheck on the exchanges.

But you are absolutely right, the Healthcare exchanges are benefiting these employees. The coverage and costs on the exchange beat the hell out of their employee plans.

The LAW has been "on the books" for three years now. How it's paid for is in the law, read it.
