I exercise six days of the week, but the below is what I normally feel like when I get up.

I can go maybe 50-60 feet before I have to stop to catch my breath.

Sit ups?

push ups?

Forget it.

The gym 3 times a week (treadmill, elliptical, bike and rowing machine) - normally try to burn between 300-400 calories. Maybe a trip to the pool once a week.

Tennis a few times a month

But I normally feel pretty energetic in the morning - might take 5 mins to clear the cobwebs :)

I workout pretty much every day. I do strength training for 30 minutes and aerobics for 30 minutes. Sometimes I throw in something like belly dancing or some hip hop dancing! :) I took a hip hop class a few years back and that was a lot of fun. When I have some extra $$$, I might join a belly dancing class. I've been into that kind of stuff lately. Not only is it fun and sexy, but it's great exercise and really good to make your waist line small.

I workout almost everyday. Weights, bike and running is my usually routine. It is allows me to enter my zen space and clear my thoughts. I am typing this from the gym actually. lol

My sister-in-law drags me to hip hop from time to time. I am always the only guy attending. It is fun and I sweat a lot so it I don't care that I am only dude there. lol

I don't go to the gym. I just work out at home. I have some weights (dumbbells and a bar), and I have some really small hand weights too that I use. Bands are also really good. If you use them right, they can almost replicate some of the gym machines, at least as far as strength training goes.

I have a lot of that Jazz at home as well. The gym is literally across the street from the best market in our area so I always stop and pick up lunch and all the whatnots for dinner. The area by the gym has everything I need, a liquor store, Home Depot, Macy's, Kohl's, and a Gaint Eagle. It is so very convenient.

Well, look who's back: Zsa Zsa. I guess that this thread is another great opportunity for you to interject your personal bullshit and try to make it all about YOU. You need to get a guy or a fuck doll or something to occupy your time. You are clearly bored and crave attention.

I like biking too. I don't do it as often as I'd like though. When I was younger, I would take back roads and get lost on purpose on my bike. Lol. ;) If you haven't ridden in a while and you get on your bike, you suddenly realize what good exercise it really is. Especially up hills.

Don't know you or what your issue is, but I'm just responding to the topic of the thread. :D Maybe some therapy is in order for you to handle your anger issues?
