I think the point is that tv has become almost exclusively black on screen

The population of America is only 12% black but far higher on tv

It will come back around by and by. Businesses that have gone woke in their advertising will discover that overly representing 13% of the population does not for profits make. They will see what side to the profit margin their bread is buttered on.

That said I do like the Amazon Kindness "birdfeeder" commercial.

I mostly tune out commercials, but have noticed more poc in movies and don't see this as an issue. Good movies are good movies regardless of the color of actors, and crappy movies are crappy regardless of the color of actors.
