A former “ER” actress claims that she was sexually and racially harassed daily on set — and George Clooney helped “blacklist” her from Hollywood when she complained.

“Clooney helped blacklist me when I spoke up abt harassment on ER.’women who dont play the game lose career’I did,” tweeted Vanessa Marquez, who played a nurse on the show’s first three seasons.

She accused actor Eriq La Salle and a crew member of being “p—sy grabbers” and said racial abuse about her Mexican heritage came from “Anthony,Noah,Julianna,” referring to cast members Anthony Edwards, Noah Wyle, and Julianna Margulies.


Marquez said she complained to executive producer John Wells.

“Wells was the boss&I 1st reported it to him.His 1st questionid George do something to u,” she tweeted.

Marquez has appeared in a handful of short films and TV movies since the 1990s, according to her IMDb page. In 2005, she discussed her shopping addiction on the A&E reality show “Intervention.”

Her accusations came after Clooney denounced producer Harvey Weinstein for sexual assault, describing his alleged actions as “indefensible” but saying he had no idea what the movie mogul was up to behind closed doors.

Which in all honesty, may be true, maybe it is a false story and a Hail Mary or some other perverse motivation. Might not be the case also of course, only a thorough and detailed explanation would suggest one or the other.

Here is how I am in regards to accusations against people. I openly challenge them to a debate and/or discussion. Even though we know there is no way in hell it happens, she should openly offer to do a detailed interview on some talk show (good luck finding a communist sympathizer talk show to go against their fellow comrades). She might find some luck on one of the fringe shows with lower ratings to get that boost. She should also follow up with "I welcome George Clooney or any of the aforementioned stars to come onto the show, confront me face to face about my allegations".

At the very least she gets a gut punch in when they go into "no comment" mode, and, when in the interview she can say her piece and constantly remind the viewers that she offered them to come forward and debate it publicly. It could really impact their careers negatively and tarnish their legacy.

I know a great deal about abusers, predators and cowards. These little sob's won't Man up at all, and it will say a great deal about their character and their circle of friends when they don't. Now IF she is speaking the truth, and has obviously found the courage, take it the next step and go for full transparency. You will also find out who the dirty rats are when you do this, most of them will scurry under the fridge. If the accusations aren't true, Clooney would accept the offer and 9 times out of 10 the accuser backs down.
