Apparently, you're too stupid to know that floor seating is indeed counted. Various arenas have various seating charts, depending on the event. In each case, they list the seating capacity for that configuration, which INCLUDES any floor seat added. For reference, please note the seating chart I provided for the relevant arena/Obama event.
