Egyptian Journalist Describes 'Absolute Prosperity' in Gaza

Speakng of terrorist-loving fools...

If I am a terrorist lover, you are the sub-contractor of Congress' Israelian Monica Lewinsky. In computer language they say: Loadbalancing /-share.

Like I said: It's easier to blame someone else than accept responsibility for yourself.
Conversation on
Religion and Antisemitism
From The Private Albert Einstein by Peter A. Bucky with Allen G. Weakland,
Andrews and McMeel, Kansas City, 1992, pp 85-87. This book contains the record of
various conversations between Bucky and Einstein over a thirty year period.
(....)BUCKY:

 • But don't you find any discrepancy between your previous somewhat anti-religious statements and your willingness to be identified publicly as a Jew?
EINSTEIN:

 • Not necessarily. Actually it is a very difficult thing to even define a Jew. The closest that I can come to describing it is to ask you to visualize a snail. A snail that you see at the ocean consists of the body that is snuggled inside of the house which it always carries around with it. But let's picture what would happen if we lifted the shell off of the snail. Would we not still describe the unprotected body as a snail? In just the same way, a Jew who sheds his faith along the way, or who even picks up a different one, is still a Jew.
BUCKY:

 • You were the focus of much attack on the part of the Nazis in Germany because of your Jewishness. What explanation have you come up with for why the Jews have been hated so much throughout history?
EINSTEIN:
It seems obvious to me that Jews make an ideal scapegoat for any country experiencing social, economic, or political difficulties. The reason for this is twofold. First of all, there is hardly a country in the world that does not have a Jewish segment in the population. And secondly, wherever Jews reside, they are a minority of the population, and a small minority at that, so that they are not powerful enough to defend themselves against a mass attack. It is very easy for governments to divert attention from their own mistakes by blaming Jews for this or that political theory, such as communism or socialism.
For instance, after the First World War, many Germans accused the Jews first of starting the war and then of losing it. This is nothing new, of course. Throughout history, Jews have been accused of all sorts of treachery, such as poisoning water wells or murdering children as religious sacrifices. Much of this can be attributed to jealousy, because, despite the fact that Jewish people have always been thinly populated in various countries, they have always had a disproportionate number of outstanding public figures.

The blockade has made Gaza a global symbol of hardship. To be sure, it has reduced much of its economy to ruins: with exports to the outside world impossible, the factories and workshops are closed, and unemployment is perhaps as high as 80 percent. Moreover, it is only 18 months since the end of Operation Cast Lead, the Israeli attack conducted to stop a rain of Gazan rockets, which reduced thousands of buildings to rubble and killed close to 1,500 civilians.
Life in Gaza | The Middle East Channel

So, here an independent Journalist.
And on the other side a state-journalist of Egypt, whose government is participant of the oppression of the Gaza people, as Egypt sees Gaza as a threat to its own people-oppressing Regime.

On top of that, Israel has bulldozed 1/3 of Palestinian agricultural land and shoots at farmers trying to work their land. Israel has killed thousands of chickens and other livestock. Israel has bombed food production facilities. Israel has bombed many of Palestine's factories. Israel shoots at fishermen who try to fish which was one of Gaza's major industries.

The propagandists claim that Hamas takes all the money to buy weapons leaving their people to starve.

Then a US puppet regime writes an article that is translated by a card carrying member of Israel's bullshit machine saying Gaza is prosperous.

It is easy to detect propaganda. It makes no sense.

They clear land close to the border for fire zones etc., yes they do, that is true, as to how much of that is justified is problematic BUT, lets not have any angst on that score.

I am sure that arable land they cannot work to grow crops on, could have been made up if they, the Gazans had not destroyed wholesale the greenhouse complexes that Mort Zuckerman paid to have left for the Gazans after Israel settlers were forced to pull up stakes and leave.

In many respects the Gazans in the form of Hamas are their own worse enemies.

"The punishing conditions imposed by the Israeli blockade of the 1.5 million Palestinians living in Gaza have been replicated for the roughly 40,000 Palestinians who live in "Area C," the 60 percent of the West Bank that remains under complete Israeli military control."

According to a report from Save the Children UK Israeli apartheid in Area C makes all of Gaza look like a resort.

"The report concludes that food security problems are even worse than in Gaza. According to the report, 'eventy-nine percent of communities surveyed recently don't have enough nutritious food; this is higher than in blockaded Gaza where the rate is 61 percent.'

"Palestinian children growing up in Area C experience, according to the report, malnutrition and stunted growth at double the level of children in Gaza. Forty-four percent of these children were found to suffer from diarrhea, often with lethal effects.

"STCUK writes that 'Israel's restrictions on Palestinian access to and development of agricultural land-in an area where almost all families are herders-mean that thousands of children are going hungry and are vulnerable to killer illnesses like diarrhea and pneumonia."'

George, you're a moron. The Arabs control nearly 30 countries spanning 8 million square miles, 99.9% of the Middle East, twice the size of the US.

Israel is merely one country of 8 thousand square miles, just 0.1% of the land mass, about the size of Vermont.

You enjoy being made a fool of, fool?

Are you still pimping that greenhouse propaganda lie?

JERUSALEM – After months of intense negotiations recently culminating in a deal allowing for the transfer of Gaza's high-tech Jewish greenhouses to the Palestinians, several former Jewish residents who briefly returned to their farms told WND they were shocked to find most of their produce has died because Israel turned off the water in the area.

"I couldn't believe it. Almost all of my crops are dead, and the rest is dying," Anita Tucker, one of the pioneer farmers of Jewish Gaza told WND. "I hope the Palestinians aren't expecting fresh produce. ... A fortune in crops is now all gone."

Israel shuts off water, dries Gaza greenhouses

And besides, it has nothing to do with the post.

Even if the Jews were totally ethnic cleansed from Israel and the Palestinians got their Islamic state of Palestine they would still hate Jews. By their own admission the Free Palestine movement doesn't just want to ethnic cleanse the Jews but eliminate them from public life all across the world, deny them the right to vote all across the world and finally destroy their religion all across the world. :eusa_shhh:

Israel rendered the greenhouses useless so the Palestinians used the equipment elsewhere.

since I am relatively new here and as it is with all forums there are the Palestinians guardians for truth justice and the UN way.....let me ask you;

do the Palestinians themselves, either west bank , gazan or at large bear any responsibility for their plight?

I see so WND is now a viable source? humm as opposed to USA today?I am not sure I am there.

And that aside, unfairly so for you apparently, I happen to know for a fact that several greenhouses were denuded of water but there was NO systemic plan to rob them of such and that was perhaps 5% of those left behind in working order, some of course due to settler recalcitrance were not left behind whole.

....I explained the correlation to the post. so why bother to answer then?

anyway..

Again as I am new here I'd like to get to know the players.....let me ask you PF do you believe that the Israeli pull out of gaza was a laudatory event? did it mean anything? Was it a calculated event made to fit Israeli machinations down the road detrimental to PA interests? Was it an Israeli defeat? Or, say a sober move to attempt to create some room and prime the the atmosphere for earnest negotiation, etc....whats your particular take?
