Early odds?

What are the early odds there will be at least one elevated terror alert prior to the November election?

Right now I'm laying 10:1 odds in favor. The more bad news there is on the economy, the higher the odds.

I think the boy who cried wolf mind-set is stronger today, so I doubt it. After you wrapped your wife, kids, and house in plastic wrap and masking tape, and nothing happened except the dog suffocated, warnings lose their power.
