Just got away from the after game reports on FOX and of course the neocon soft-porn network is touting Fiorina mostly because she went after Trump. I am so sick of FOX.

My impressions:
1. Perry did well enough, but he delivered no knock out blow or shined in any way unseen before. His insistence that he is the only candidate with experience closing the border is a joke but he shows he is too stupid to get it. : B-

2. Santorum needed to shine and I think he did, putting deserved emphasis on job creation and empathy with Americas dumped on workers. He came across as intelligent and well informed. But he also gives an air of self-righteousness as he kept talking about his great legislative victories as if he did them all by himself. IT does not look good on him. :B+

3. Jindal I think did the best. Yes, he is a wonk and it shows, but he also has excellent bureaucratic and people skills that I think only a governor can gain in office or a top corporate CEO. : A+

4. Fiorina did very well, just short of Jindal, but she likely gained more millage and recognition from her performance as Jindal already had well known wonkhood. Her comment on Trump was not an insult but still had a sting, and her nuanced use of language and strong assertiveness was impressive to me. She seems to be a leader of the Thatcher mold. :A

5. Lindsey Grahamnesty had so much ground to make up he couldn't hurt himself. Other than his jitters for being on such a prominent national stage, he handled himself really well, but he came straight out with his desire to put 20k troops into Iraq and also basically affirmed that he is a cum-guzzling bitch. : B+

6. Gilmore was predictably focused on national security issues, and is undoubtedly a great leader in that arena. I would have liked to hear his take on corporate cronyism and he confirmed his desire to roll back more personal liberty for national security. : C

7. Pataki was the most irrelevant person on the stage who destroyed any chance he had of getting the nomination when he essentially affirmed his membership in the Rockefeller elite and in being a pro-choice 'Catholic'. :D-

The subtext to all this is the GOP establishment looking for a replacement for Jebba the Bush who looks like he is approaching a mental meltdown that might assplode in tonight's debate if Trump is doing very well.
