Just don't buy the stuff in the 'basket' if it's too expensive. If store bought bread is too expensive, make it yourself. Cut back on the soda, junk food, and fast food and you'll be fine. Use some of that beer and cigarette money for food. Reduce the drug use as well. Also, cook more meals from scratch.

And of course, the biggy, don't eat so much, you're overweight as it is.
