What I find most disturbing and disappointing is the number of Americans who ignore or even deny the unmistakable pattern of perfidy perpetrated by those at the top of our most important intel and LE agencies. There is a very real and present (and future) danger to us all and our republic represented by FBI/DOJ/CIA type guys and their MSM sycophants who ignore our laws, our constitution, and their oaths of office and cover their own and each other's asses, and then LIE repeatedly about the whole thing.
The only ones whose part in this is at least understandable - not excusable - are the elected officials who either fail to do their oversight duties or ignore what they see. Their power, positions, and places at the trough (greed) often trump their senses of loyalty and responsibility to those of us who elect them. To ignore all that just because one's butt is still sore over the 2016 election of D.J. Trump is bat-shit nuts.
Perhaps Chuckie Schumer described their motivation best:
“Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you,” Schumer told MSNBC's Rachel Maddow.
