Before the criminals took over, this federation was based upon due process, in an adaptive form of trial by jury, loosely called common law. The concept survives today, and the actual words are still the official Amendments to the (fraudulent) Constitution of 1787, in the Bill of Rights.

Before the criminals took over there were no Oligarchs who managed to place themselves above the law of the land, which was based upon due process, which again was called common law.

That was a stated fact stated right in the Articles of Confederation.

So what is stopping the people from forming a grand jury to then discover all the facts those randomly selected jurists demand, with all the authority of these federated people in these federated states, so as to accuse any one of those criminals now in office of "President" of the United States, which is demonstrably a foreign owned, and foreign run, corporation, and then by indictment those criminals (Oligarchs) are afforded their trial by jury?

Ignorance?

Willful distortion of the facts?

It is a combination of many things. The Oligarchs have quietly bought out almost all of our media, and it is now controlled by about 6 different corporations that the oligarchs now use for cover. The Oligarchs have set up massive PAC organizations that have been able to shoot down any serious opponent to their chosen candidates, and also use private investigators to dig up dirt on those elected officials that wont play the Oligrachs games. This dirt is then leaked to the Oligarch owned press and it is used to hound the poor guy into resignation. And there is no consistency about it whatsoever. A governor of one state gets hounded out of office for doing things that are every day things for most high ranking politicians, and another is served a prison sentence for breaking laws that most people don't understand but the oligarch owned media labels as 'corruption charges', and the man is for ever ruined, no matter what good he has done. He crossed the oligarchs and now his career is over.

The Oligarchs use entertainment media to distract us, economic hard times to keep us too busy for political efforts, and fed a constantly unhealthy diet that is designed to lull people into a mental stupor with things like MSG high carbohydrate diets, etc.

Instead of sorting through the muddy water to find the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle and put it together, for no ones thanks, it is far more pleasant to live vicariously through a sports star or conquer empires in virtual worlds.

In other words, 'Bread and circuses and Soylent Green'.

Democrats have rich people too. It's a coalition party. The Democrats are not 90% white. There is nothing wrong with making money. But it's how you make it that's the issue. And what laws you work to have changed.

Texas Site Begins Taking Federal Nuclear Waste NPR

ANDREWS, Texas (AP) — Republican mega-donor Harold Simmons' remote hazardous waste dump in West Texas began accepting low-level radioactive material Thursday from a federal lab in New Mexico — the latest step in Simmons' vision of a site that accepts all types of waste.

Simmons, who did not attend the ceremony and is one of the world's wealthiest men, has given Republican Rick Perry's campaigns $1.1 million during his time as Texas' governor. The governor is responsible for appointing environmental commissioners.

How do the Clintons make their money? How does Obama (I mean other than when I have to give it to them)? You seem to think that most Democrats make their money honestly while most Republicans don't.
