No. Sallow didn't. He challenged you to show such a clause and you admitted there is none. There is nothing in the Constitution which establishes a process to determine if someone is a natural born citizen.

Both parties, the entire government including the legislature and the courts, agree Obama is President and meets the standards set out by the Constitution. The only people claiming otherwise are the people trying desperately to stay in the limelight long after their 15 minutes has expired. The only people believing them are the people who really want to believe them. Even Karl Rove has called this birther movement an embarrassment.

But people are going to believe what they want to believe. No amount of assurance or evidence is going to have any impact.
