    And now he has publicly announced that the Syrian government has nothing to fear from him.

    You don't have to plan to send in troops. You don't have to commit to longterm opposition to tyranny. But don't freaking announce that serious action is off the table.

    That's what happens when you don't have a sound Foreign Policy ...a diplomatic strategy backed by force, leading up front instead of "from behind" ...... it's almost impossible to organize a coalition.

    The world doesn't respect weakness .... and weakness is what Obama has been showing all along.
