The good thing is that most Republicans have now given up the pretense that they've ever cared about conservative issues. Trump takes the opposite position on most of those issues, and they love him.

When hundreds of thousands of American workers are making a decent secure income again, thanks to Trump's policies, those people will have the jobs/income to afford to pay the extra 3%.
Obama's failed policies and trade deals didn't work.
I'm willing to try what a successful billionaire businessman suggests.
If his policies fail we are no worse off than we'd be by voting to give Obama a third term accomplishing sweet fuck all for the middle class.
