Muscles are great, but not when they are combined with all the preening and primping these guys do.
Exercise is great, keeping healthy is great - but these guys go beyond attempting to just keep healthy. I'm sure they spend a lot of time oiling up and posing in front of the mirror, obsessing over their protein intake and being terrified of stress lest they suffer a dreaded cortisol spike

Very nice physiques. Muscular and lean, but without being freakishly large. I think you'd have to be nearly obsessive about diet and training to maintain that lean state.

Very nice physiques. Muscular and lean, but without being freakishly large. I think you'd have to be nearly obsessive about diet and training to maintain that lean state.

Yeah all of them are obsessive about training hard
However the one in the middle has uploaded youtube videos of him eating mcdonalds, pizza and other junk food lots of times. He has very good genetics to stay lean i guess
