Do The Rich Pay Their Fair Share?

A fair share is to divide the national budget by the number of citizens of voting age, and that is the amount each citizen owes. That's the only formula that calculates a fair share.

Therefore the people who are not paying at least that amount in federal taxes are the only ones that are not paying their fair share.
I'll tell my 85 year old Mom in law to kick in more...

Tell her not to worry about it...someone else is paying more than their fair share to pick up the slack.
Okay, take the entire wealth of the nation, divide by citizens eligible to vote, send me my share each year and the bill for paying the debt off in ten years. That bill I will gladly pay with my generous new income.
The entire wealth of the nation is essentially zero or more like negative 17 trillion dollars. Taxpayers own infrastructure, federal land parks etc. All other wealth is owned by the private sector. It is not subject to division to the masses or redistribution in your quest to buy votes for your Socialist masters.

You wanted me to pay my share of debt. Give me my share of 60 trillion and I very gladly will.

Do the rich receive their fare share?
Well beyond.
Explain what extra I get for my $1,996,000/year
A tax rate 30% too low, for starters.
Non answer,. You always can be depended upon to deflect and side step, but let's assume I paid 4 million/year in taxes. What do I get in return? Do I get twice the benefit in return for doubling my contribution, or do YOU get twice the benefit of my labor, initiative and innovation?

I want you to pay your share of the annual budget. I want you to provide your own food, housing, higher education; in other words, I want you to be responsible. I'm already paying 500 times my share if you consider your current tax bill "fair"
Show me what I get for my 2 million/year that you don't for 4,000.
Deflection is not an answer.

That's nothing like a non-answer. Anything over a million should be taxed at 50%. Without what we've paid for you couldn't make that kind of bank, not to mention that we are allowing you to in the first place, which isn't required. The rich can buy just about anything they want here, and they know it. Money here buys what others can only dream of, while you pay a lower rate than they do. What a deal eh? It sure as hell is.

Already do those things, and send in a check every year. It's wasn't too bad this time, about 5K. It's usually more.

5K BTW, is about 9% of my share of the Federal Debt. And that's only the additional amount required to close the deal.

Of course it's a non answer. I asked what I get for my 2 million that you don't and your reply is that I should be taxed more. Are you really so stupid that you can't understand a simply worded direct question?

Still refuse to answer my question, I see.
Your question has been answered, you just reject reality.

Try this, for example: 4 Ways Government Policy Favors the Rich and Keeps the Rest of Us Poor Alternet

And this: Wealthy Parents Inherited Advantage and Declining Mobility Inequality.org

Commienet. Thanks but no thanks. Might as well link to a note from your mom.
Ignore reality all you like, the fallacy is yours, and entirely expected.

Alternet? Really?

ANSWER MY FUCKING QUESTION, SHITHEAD!
Your question has been answered. You get a break, starting with the entirely unfair tax rate paid by the rich.

500 times what you pay is a break? WHAT DO I GET THAT YOU DON'T FOR THE ADDITIONAL $1,996,000

It is not my responsibility to support your life style, your wife, your children or your grandmother. That's your job. If you can't figure out that I am paying more than my fair share if you are being taxed appropriately, there is no point in continuing this conversation. You, frankly, are not capable of holding up your end.
