SO, if the delegates and such make up 1/3 of the 65,000 in the stadium, that's about 21,500... the arena they will be moving to holds about 21,000... Their will be a lot of pissed off people on buses if no one but delegates and such can get into the acceptance speech.

That's typical for this time of year in this area. Lots of supposedly very smart people had to have studied weather patterns here before recommending the outdoor venue.
In fact, the DNC had originally planned to use TWC Arena.
Anyway, the news stations covered the ticket distribution and they reported that the expected "lines around the street corner" did not materialize.
