Did Trump's lawyer and chief of staff attend a private congressional/DOJ meeting or not?

The guy on the left is Emmet Flood, Trump's Russia lawyer and the guy on the right is John Kelly, Trump's Chief of Staff attending the GOP meeting where Democrats were excluded which was to discuss if there were "spies" in the Trump campaign and whether the president colluded.

Remember, the White House said no Trump staff would be attending the GOP/House meeting. And yet, there they are, waltzing into the meeting.
