Trump's lawyer discusses discovery of "extensive" collaboration btw Biden White House, DOJ, NARA, and intel agencies prior to indictment

What did Trump do, not what did he inherit from Obama.....

The first one, maybe....but not really....those being held in Mexico, all still will be taken in, in the long run.....under the laws of the land! They all are being allowed in now that title 42 for covid is no longer in place.... So it was simply a postponement that was temporary... And he ended up cutting entries in the legal port of entries in to the US but not those outside border crossings....legal immigration was cut....

North Korea tested the largest hydrogen bomb test under Trump.

Read your own link supplied, for you to understand what is going on....

And come on....are you now brainwashed by your controllers to believe Obama is running the show in 2022 and not Biden? Why oh why do you let yourself be so so so manipulated by these handlers of yours? Why, why, why?
It's right there in black and white: Biden started this whole thing.

Relevant text, playdumb girl:

"The Assistant Attorney General has advised me that there is no precedent for an assertion ofexecutive privilege by a former President against an incumbent President to prevent the latterfrom obtaining from NARA Presidential records belonging to the Federal Government where"such records contain information that is needed for the conduct of current business of theincumbent President's office and that is not otherwise available." 44 U.S.C. § 2205(2)(B)."

". Accordingly, NARA will provide the FBI access to the records in question, as requested by the incumbent President, beginning as early as Thursday, May 12, 2022.

Now it's not super-simple language, but it's English and straightforward, dadgummit.

No one has to be a lawyer to understand what's going on here.

A huge find by Trump's attorney team.

The conspiracy begins to unwind.

Hot off the presses: I just received the transcript from Nov 1 classified docs hearing before Judge Cannon.
Here's the passage where Trump's lawyer discusses discovery of "extensive" collaboration btw Biden White House, DOJ, NARA, and intel agencies prior to indictment:

Of course the intel agencies were involved. Why wouldn’t they be? Trump was keeping highly classified documents in a bathroom. It’s a security breach of massive proportions.

Pretty weak that you try to repackage obvious and widely known information as a scandal.

Sheesh! Nope!

The FBI was contacted by NARA because they found top secret marked documents in what he returned. By LAW, the FBI had to be notified....(as they were notified also in Hillary's case when they found top secrets being discussed in emails). When top secrets are found outside of their proper holding place SCIF, the intelligence agencies have to assess the damage to our top secrets outside of secure holding places.

But....the PRA....presidential record act, for the first 5 years after a president leaves office gives the former president time to go through his records to sort for his presidential library and anything he may want to hold private for longer than these initial 5 years....he's allowed 6 exceptions to hold back from the public records once the 5 years of privacy is over.

Top secret documents are not suppose to be Willy nilly in his presidential records, but because NARA found them, they needed to release Trumps presidential record stash of top secret and secret markings before the 5 years of privacy NARA through the PRA gives presidents, to the FBI to assess the damage that may have been done by them being unprotected.....

Trump said no to the release claiming executive privilege.

So NARA went to the executive branch lawyers to get president Biden to give permission to release ONLY trump records that were marked top secret or secret etc on them to the FBI....

The PRA allows the current president to override the former president's denial to release.

So, that is what Biden and lawyers did...
