The local authorities had been well aware of this kids potential for violence......the school kicked him out after years(?) of trouble with him, DCF had been involved somehow & local cops had been to his house 39 times over 7 years for things like 'mentally ill person', domestic disturbance, child/elderly abuse.......these should have been enough to raise red flags at the time.

Before any of you libs chalk this up to another crazy theory lets review Fast and Furious...a program that Holder is held in contempt of congress over...the plan was to allow gun sales to illegal aliens from our nations gun stores...they were hoping those guns would be used in murders south of the border so Obama could point his bony finger at American gun stores in the hopes of garnering the peoples support in shutting them down....it almost worked until a border agent was killed with one of the guns and an agent with the DOJ blew the whistle...

Yes. The FBI had sufficient evidence to cause them to at least investigate Cruz, but they did nothing. One woman called the FBI and left a very explicit warning:

Yes, the FBI allowed it to happen, but worse it is even possible that they WANTED it to happen. It certainly wouldn't be the first time the FBI allowed and even encouraged killers. Most people do not know the details of what happened in Garland, Texas, because they get their news from the MSM. Here are the frightening details

So the FBI agent encouraged the attack, meaning that he knew exactly what would happen and he wanted it to happen. He was on the scene to film the carnage and did nothing to stop it. Then after the shooting he tried to run away like a coward.

In an attempt to defend themselves against Bruce Joiner's lawsuit the FBI claimed it has the prerogative to weigh harm to innocent victims resulting from a covert operation against the need for maintaining secrecy. Of course Comey knew what was about to happen. It is impossible that an agent who was aware of an impending terrorist attack on a particular date would not inform his boss.

What laws are in place to do anything about it like gun confiscation.. What's worse is the local police that had several run ins with his terroristic threatening and gun play....So the LEO's totally screwed the pooch and proved to be cowards....They had justification to confiscate and what's worse is his guardians let him get away with it along with other family members....They were probably scared of him, but doing nothing doesn't help the situation and that is what was done...
