Convening a grand jury is the better selection by far. Right now, Hillary could be indicted on at least two evidentiary charges based on information already in the public domain: lying to Congress about not revealing classified material that was sent to her unencrypted bathroom server and violating Section 793(f) of the Espionage Act for her gross negligence in setting up the server without appropriate safeguards. I think this is a case of Trump, and the nation really, is looking for justice. Revenge is different, sometimes a fine line, but in this case, there is too much at stake to not be serious about the truth.

When people abuse others, they should face a fair and reasonable measure of justice. This runs too deep and is too serious an issue. If there aren't any consequences. and there hasn't been to date; you will have Kavanaugh Hearings all over the country against all people who oppose those in power.

I will say this, betray a nation? Yes, I agree. Oppose? Depends on the situation and what and whom you are opposing.

I've not been shy about my opposition to the covert police in Canada, the way they operate and the lengths they've gone to destroy me and my family. Beyond normal. I have no criminal record, I was even cleared by CPIC which is the RCMP DB. They know this means little, as they can monitor and do as they please, they certainly wouldn't give me any details of an "ongoing investigation". I happen to know it's ongoing and I happen to know I'm no criminal, nor have a record. This is just a persecution by cowards.

So, I personally wouldn't betray, say a soldier standing up for what he believes is our democracy. I wouldn't randomly cause harm to someone because of some similar association. However, in a system that denies justice and which has threatened me and would smile if they saw me jump off a bridge, I know that justice is vital. It's my duty to seek it and ensure punishment to them, and if they don't care enough, collective punishment in the process to our economy and reputation. Many would argue it is Trumps duty as Commander in Chief to ensure the same. I'm just a nobody, I wasn't supposed to learn what I did.

If Trump is innocent, and really only he and God knows with certainty; he has every right to seek justice in whatever form that comes. I think the best justice is transparency and accountability. The witch hunt against him even increased my solidarity with him as I saw him standing up to so many around the world. Would I be a fool if he was guilty? To some degree yes. However, his policies would still make sense for the most part, so I could take solace in that.

In the end he was duly elected. If the reason to destroy him is his victory as a businessman, there must be consequences for those undermining your system. That's FAR worse than even a foreign govt. doing it, as it will be replicated again and again and trickle down to the common persons rights.

This won't impact the average person doing their job, going to work and focusing on their cases. This coud have an impact on those who were in positions of power and who willingly engaged in a hoax. Including the funding, foreign and otherwise, and all the actors involved.

Some might be easily fooled, others would be in the know.
