Apparently, Biden believes the “culture” at ICE is somehow malformed. Their role of being a law enforcement agency should be revised and the Dems / Marxists have largely protected illegals from that law enforcement agency.

Biden was asked how he would change the “culture” at ICE, or Immigrations and Customs Enforcement. His answer involved the usual angry yelling and finger-pointing. But the substance of what Biden said was so bizarre that it left the Vice interviewers speechless.
No state is actually enforcing it.
