Unemployment was already over 8% when the stimulus passed.

I get my employment numbers from the BLS.

I get the 8% promise from the Obama administration.

You failed to show where unemployment was below 8% when stimulus passed.....mainly because it was over 9% by the time the bill was eventually passed

Obama never promised 8%

The Obama administration promised the stimulus would keep unemployment below 8%.
