Atlanta city councilwoman and self proclaimed community activist (Is that a community organizer who actually gets off his/her ass?) Cleto Winslow, was found to have used homeless men and women to work on her campaign. She gave them tee shirts and told them they were part of her campaign. She also paid them five dollars an hour, well below minimum wage. To make matters worse, she paid them with taxpayer money.
