Deep State and Guantanimo Bay

Someone brought to my attention the rumor of military Tribunals being conducted on members of the deep state. The rumor is the notes that shocked everybody at the Bush funeral were subpoenas. Personally I think this is wacky, like the rings of Saturn controlling our minds, but we can hope the criminals are finally brought to justice. It would be interesting if there have been any recent public appearances of George W, Obama, or the Clintons. There have been some fishy photos of Obama. I've heard of a card with a picture recycled from years ago, and another photo with the Obama's holding up a newspaper as if it is meant to show a date. Weird stuff.

I said it wasn't likely, however this is the conspiracy forum. I thought it was interesting and was curious what people have heard. Is it even possible for a president to gather enough power to prosecute lifetime Washington power mongers? Is it possible for an elected president to do anything about corruption?
