Cutting Social Security Insurance, Medicare Insurance, Medicaid and Woman's Right To Choose is political Suicide for the Fake Republican Party ...... face it.

There are millions upon millions of republicans that love SSI, Medicare and Medicaid .......... not to mention the assisted living industry you bet.

Nothing free about any of it .......nothing.

Bring it on!

The opponents of Social Security will stop at nothing in their long crusade to destroy the most efficient retirement system in the world. Opponents have taken two tracks to attack Social Security. The first is to claim the system as it is will fail, and the second is to claim that privatization is a better way to provide for retirement security. The first claim was the favorite from 1935 to about 2001.

Then the privatization claim became the vogue. Now the first is back on the table and it is a right wing fake republican scam.

With corporations routinely defaulting on their pension promises, more and more workers must rely on their individual wealth to make up the difference.

The stock market collapse at the turn of the millennium wiped out much of the financial wealth of middle class Americans, and the collapse of the housing bubble has wiped out much of their remaining wealth.

Making any cuts to Social Security now, either by raising the retirement age or cutting benefits, would have a huge impact on their remaining retirement income and are not necessary to “save the system.”

In fact, to make most of the modifications currently being proposed by fake republicans would be the height of folly.

With all the fear-mongering falsehoods flying around, it can be difficult to separate fact from fiction.

Moderates to include Republicans for Choice, liberals, Green Party, Democrats, Progressive Democrats of America which is also the majority in the USA. All need to vote…. no more staying home.

Women are the largest single voting bloc in the USA. Women could own the USA government if they would vote. Women's Rights and Women's Right to choose need women at the forefront everyday.

Move SSDI out of SS then put those 87K new IRS workers on looking for the fraud.

I might be wrong but I don't think anyone would have a issue with that.

It's not right that folks paying into SS should have to have the bulk of it going towards people gaming SSDI.

leave SSI alone is the right way

Except for the fact it's going broke just like Medicare. If we want these programs, then the only solution to keep them is to fund them. That would mean a dramatic increase in employee/employer contributions. Not a lot of people would be happy about that, but it's the only way to keep these Ponzi programs.

We could go back to pre Reagan times when the very wealthy paid lots more taxes.

So how much "tax the rich" do we have to do before the rich leave the country or run out of money? The solution by the left for every financial problem is tax the rich.

Leave this country and go where? Lol We're the only major nation without a national healthcare system. They gonna move to Canada? The UK? Sweden?

Go anywhere that the government keeps taking more and more of their money. You want national healthcare, then you pay for it. Quit demanding other people pay for your free shit.

The very wealthy weren't leaving the country before Reagan cut their taxes way back. Most of the people in the USA hadn't really done too well until FDR raised taxes on the very wealthy a whole bunch.. This is what made America great. This is what built a middle class. Now a handful of people again have most of the wealth. We're heading back to the bad old days. More homeless than ever and it's not because people are lazy either. It's mostly because they can't afford to have a roof over their head.

Can't or won't?

Today there are plenty of good to great paying jobs particularly in the construction and transportation industries. I was in the transportation industry so I know, and nearly all the people on my fathers side are or were in construction. They can't find enough workers like most other industries.

Many of the homeless are drug addicts that won't stop the dope to get a good paying job. Biden's open border is certainly no help either. It has nothing to do with taxing the rich.

Back in the day it was much more difficult for the wealthy to just leave, today it isn't. We didn't have satellites all over the place and travel was much more dangerous. For upper management to meet and discuss business issues it had to be done in person. Today a CEO can be in Brazil sitting on the toilet tracking his investments up to the second. Zoom meetings are the way to go in many cases.

So you can't compare yesterday and use the same tactics today. The world has changed since then.

You can say a lot of things as far as job availability is concerned however you don't know that people are not applying for those jobs. Right now lay offs galore are taking place ......... what was and what is are not quite the same
