There is no doubt about Trump's intent to destroy the EPA, which can lead drink water to be poisoned, among other things.
There's also FEMA and Puerto Rico, which seems more like a widespread scam:

Not to mention the person who ran the nation's railroad safety had limited experience, and to top it off was moonlighting:
