Corrections done right in the Philippines?

I was looking for some music to put up on the "what are you listening to" thread and I found this. It is pretty cool. It is appreatnly entirely voluntary, and the prisoners are having a good time. As are their visiting relatives. It get the prisoners in the right post corrections attitude.

Do you think this would be remotely possible here, and if so, a good idea?

The women in the Philippines, if they have enough English, can work as customer service phone reps for US banks. That gives them access to personal account information!
