Unbelievable. Texas needs to fix their damn laws. I don't give a shit if he identified himself or not thugs were breaking into his vehicle that's HIS property and they will should never convict him on 1st degree or even 2nd degree murder. It MIGHT be negligible homicide we need to see the video to see if he felt his life was in danger.

I second this. Because they failed to succeed in what they were wanting to do this time obviously, there most definitely would have been another time later on.

P.S. Where was the guy shot? If he wasn't hit in a fatal area, then the cop most definitely shouldn't be charged because at the end of the day, the whole mess started with the guy trying to steal something major enough, and to me, a cop should not be charged for putting a stop to the robbery.
