As a candidate for 2016 as part of the 28th amendment of the AMERICAN CITIZENS ACCOUNTABILITY ACT.. the American people are no longer providing a blank check to congress for misuse. The 28th amendment creates direct as well as elected representation under the structure and authority of the constitution creates DIRECT as well as elected representation giving now under the authority of the constitution the American people the authority to oversee all matters public and private and without citizens majority vote cannot pass.
Congressional leaders have abused the privileged of simple elected representation to run up debt that the American people have had no say one way or the other. Well, this act and legislation recognizes this and releases the American people of a burden they did not create. The congress created it now they DIRECTLY own it.
535 divides an equal share of $1,127 billion each congressional leader.
