As far as Trump and the CBC? He could have made political points today in his conference, but pissed it away this afternoon. When he was asked if he would meet with the CBC, he could have simply said he would like to meet with them if asked, rather than telling the reporter who asked the question to set up a meeting with them for him. If he would have said that he would like to meet with them at their earliest opportunity, it would have forced the CBC to meet with him or else look bad.
