If you think the courts ordered the invalid electors, please site the case.

Unlike Hawaii in 1960, the Executive branch and the courts were working together.

In 2020, the invalid electors were not by court direction as the alternate electors were in 1960.

The fake electors would have a valuable affirmative defense in their cases. If they were operating under either the authority of the Executive or the Courts - they can present that and have the case dismissed.

But they haven't, and they can't, hence their indictments for election fraud.
