South Carolina has an anti lynch law. ...the death penalty.

As 1st degree murder should be.

There hasn't been a lynching here in 50 years

This law will be applied anytime a whole te person kills a black person. Anytime a white cop kills a black person, expect the cop to be charged with lynching. That's all this law is for.
