Cops will continue to shoot "innocent" people. They don't try to do this, but it happens and it's whites who get shot and killed the most. It's only the liberal media that makes a big deal of it when it happens between a black victim and white cop. We don't get this prominent and national news with the brown, yellows and other colors either. One of the big problems is blacks are reported as being the perps and this goes out on the police radio. We also have 65%+ of young, black men in jail or prison. That's way out of line in terms of crime and race. It goes to show that there is a different problem and having an asshole like Kap take a knee and getting paid for it is not the solution nor does it even begin to address and solve the "actual" problems -- blacks and other poor people need help. As stupid in legal matters as in everything else it seems. Not surprising.

The case brought by Kaepernick was settled out of court. Settled. That means neither party "won" and basically Kaepernick was paid to just go away.

No legal decision in the matter was reached and both parties agreed to let the matter go. It says as much about the gutless media conscious NFL as it does Kaepernick's legal claims, which were never vindicated, by the way. Go eff yourself.
