We see from this video, the child simply threw one stone and ran away, only to be murdered by this bastard.

In the last year over 100 cars have been seriously damaged by children throwing stones at them on one small stretch of road, in some cases outing the occupants in hospital for the injuries received. They run away laughing and jeering about the fun they had nearly killing people travelling down that stretch of road. The police have put warning sighs up telling the culprits that when they are caught they face court and prison/young offenders institute. So it seems that the US police and the UK police take this very seriously and will dish out harsh treatment to anyone caught throwing "stones"

The problem is to an American a stone conjures vision of a small pebble the size of a quails egg, and not a chunk of concrete the size of a small loaf of bread. Jagged and pointy and capable of blinding a person or fracturing their skull , even causing death. It is a common form of Islamic execution and does not take many stones to kill someone buried in the dirt up to their elbows.
