Tell you what let a child of six throw a stone at you and see how much it hurts and what you want to do to that child. In the last year over 100 cars have been seriously damaged by children throwing stones at them on one small stretch of road, in some cases outing the occupants in hospital for the injuries received. They run away laughing and jeering about the fun they had nearly killing people travelling down that stretch of road. The police have put warning sighs up telling the culprits that when they are caught they face court and prison/young offenders institute. So it seems that the US police and the UK police take this very seriously and will dish out harsh treatment to anyone caught throwing "stones"
