Cohen's upcoming personal "test"

Cohen knows that Trump will pardon any sentences he recieves.

Here's a bit of bad news for you, your ilk, Cohen and Trump

Trump can dodge federal crimes with pardons — but not state law ...
thehill.com/.../348989-trump-may-dodge-federal-crimes-with-pardons-but-he-cant
Sep 3, 2017 - The downside for Trump is that his presidential pardon power does not extend to state crimes — for the same reasons that underlie the dual sovereignty principle. Mueller, of course, knows this, and may be setting up the infrastructure to allow Schneiderman to pursue any prosecutions in the event he can't ...
Campaign violations are not a state crime. Wire fraud is also a federal crime. The bank fraud charges stem from a loan he took out using about a dozen taxi medallions he owns as collateral. I gaurantee you that all boils down to quibbling about the terms of the loan and is total bullshit.

This is a big nothing burger. The prsesecutor is an Obama minion, and so is the judge who approved this charade.

Can someone cite the statute violated by visiting Prague?

Can someone cite the statue violated by getting a NDA signed?

LAME...A visit to Prague is not a crime...BUT, lying to the FBI about that visit certainly is.....
Ask Flynn.

Second, an NDA is fine, except when it is breaching federal election laws....

Hang in there....Should be great fun for your ilk.

yeah, remember how all you snowflakes have been harassing Hillary for violating election laws?

Hillary Campaign, DNC Accused of Violating Election Law with Dossier Payments | Breitbart

. . . . . . . . er, no, I guess not.

Here's a bit of bad news for you and you're Sheeple-D "ilk", Cohen is being investigated by Mueller and Co., which is a federal investigation but I'm sure that won't stop you dingbats from manufacturing all sort of fantastical scenarios where Cohen rolls over on da' Trumpster because he faces convictions for violating umpteen jaywalking laws in all 57 states.

Just a sprinkle of reality for nitwits like you......Here's ONE example to ponder

Among his many charges, bank fraud is also a state crime, meaning that Cohen could be prosecuted on that charge by a New York district attorney.

Having a savings account with more money in it than most liberals can only dream about is not bank fraud.

What Trump doesn't understand about attorney-client privilege

Only the crazy angry left could justify a "test" of lawyer/client privilege in the United States. God help us if they ever get in the White House again.

:bsflag:Although the attorney-client privilege is an important element of the legal system, in criminal investigations it's also one that disproportionately benefits those who can afford to keep attorneys around all the time. Not only is the attorney-client privilege alive, it is often weaponized by wealthy bad actors, giving them a free pass to engage in corrupt conduct. They're effectively able to use their communications with their legal representatives to cloak their activities and buffer them against future legal inspection.
You mean the way the Clinton campaign used the Cole law firm to pay Fusion GPS for the "dossier?" That kind of free pass?

It may also be a state crime, but the US attorney is prosecuting it. Us prosecutors are not supposed to prosecute state crimes.

mook cohen is a lawyer with a lower case L whose primary job has been to advise teflon don on how to not get caught breaking the law, cheating on everyone he's ever dealt with, and intimidating every witnesses along the way...

Cohen has called himself Trump’s consigliere and is the most palpably moblike character in Trump’s orbit. The severe legal risks he poses to Trump help recenter the story as a mafialike drama

One of the ways in which Trump’s business closely resembles organized crime is that, because it relies so heavily on morally and legally dubious business ventures, its human-resource strategy deemphasizes qualifications and relies heavily on loyalty. Or, to put it differently, a person’s willingness to engage in, and keep one’s mouth shut about, Trump’s dubious activities is the most important qualification. This explains why Trump is not known for hiring bright young minds from leading business schools and relies so heavily on his children, as a mafia boss would. It also explains why he retained the legal (or quasi-legal) services of Michael Cohen, a graduate of the worst law school in the United States.

  1. an adviser, especially to a crime boss.

That is absolutely hysterical. You snowflakes have really gone around the bend.

What is that idiocy supposed to mean? This whole thing reeks of corruption and the deep state. Pretending anyone who objects is suffering from paranoia is a classic leftwing propaganda tactic.

For Cohen there will be a "test" of his loyalty to the Trumpster, mindful of TWO important additional factors:

First, Cohen is facing about 20 years of a prison term if issues of bank fraud, breaches of election laws, hush money payoffs, Prague visit with Russian hackers, etc, are proven and indictments pending........and

Second, Cohen well knows that when it came to a post within the Trump administration in D.C., he wasn't even in the remote radar for consideration by the guy who has used him to "fix" his many screw-ups.

So, how will Cohen address this test of his character, loyalty and self-survival?

Why is it they only thing you ever have is a awfully big, IF?
Oh and you forgot Taxi Medallions, you must tell us all about the taxi medallions.

Oh, Taxi Medallions and crooked father-in-law with Russian mafia ties are certainly fun topics......I'm sure that the SDNY and the DOJ will have lots to say about so that Tiggers in TX can all go ballistic......lol

That and hitting the "funny" emoji.... yep, that is all he has... "ifs" and "funnys". Very little of any substance to that one.

Strange how hillary has never been charged with anything.
Trump has been sued, fined, listed as correspondent, told > 2000documented lies since he came in .....

All this talk, soooo little evidence, allow me to rephrase, noooooo evidence. Also if Cohen had actually visited Prague, I seriously doubt Mueller would have passed the case to NY. Just say'n.

The charges you list are all trumped up Mewler extortion. No judge would hand down a 20 year sentence for that trivial shit, if he actually even broke a law. Well, perhaps an Obama appointee would. However, Cohen knows that Trump will pardon any sentences he recieves.

We all know going after Cohen is a scam. Herr Mewler has nothing genuine on him. Paying stormy to keep her yap shut is not a crime. If Cohen was a Clinton lackey Herr Mewler would be granting him immunity.
Don’t you realize how dumb you sound just blindly assuming all of these charges are bullshit? You’re a sheep to Trump.
