This is a democracy-parable for our media-age inspired by G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra and ESL programs (education initiative designed to foster communication between ethnic groups in the era of high immigration).

Is such a 'folk-tale' ideally-suited for reform-minded discussions at the DNP (Democratic National Party)?

It's difficult to separate criticism from sarcasm in the media age it seems...is that something the Trump Administration can address?

American media-icon and movie superstar Tom Hanks (star of Saving Private Ryan, Cast Away, Philadelphia, Dragnet, and other culturally-symbolic American films) was interested in how society customs in the media age regarding the discussion of communication priorities affected the U.S. government's attitudes towards ESL (English-as-a-Second-Language) education programs. ESL programs are designed to facilitate sociocultural integration for immigrants/minorities in the USA struggling to learn American English and be productive members of society. Hanks was intrigued by the notion that media stimuli offered ESL students creative lessons about the 'customs/etiquette' of mainstream society (e.g., PBS, ESPN, Smithsonian Channel, EWTN, etc.).

Two Marxist agents, ex-members of the super-terrorist organization Cobra, were tracking the media-work and film work of Tom Hanks in America. These 'agents' were named Baroness and Destro, and they too were intrigued by how America's plethora of media offerings were available to immigrants/minorities trying to learn about mainstream culture simply through TV programs(!). Baroness and Destro found this consumerism-consciousness simultaneously expedient and dangerously indulgent. Home-schooling could be much easier in the age of TV but so could anti-consumerism sentiment marketing (e.g., culture-sarcasm statements such as "TV makes Americans complacent and lazy because of its convenience/accessibility"). Baroness and Destro wanted to understand what Tom Hanks sought to learn about ESL criticism/analysis simply through media evaluation. Specifically, Baroness and Destro wanted to compare the global impact of EWTN (Catholic TV) and Al Jazeera (Muslim TV).

Baroness and Destro kidnapped Tom Hanks and brought him blindfolded to their secret hideout outside New York in the summer of 2018. There, Baroness and Destro made Hanks watch countless hip-hop (African-American 'rap-music') videos on MTV. Hanks was supposed to analyse how these media-circulated images of African-American couture/etiquette impacted pedestrians' attitudes towards customs/communication exchanges between various ethnic groups in the USA. Hanks noted that these rap-videos presented lyricism about poverty and life in the inner-city through expressive 'constructions' of adverbially-oriented(!) communication phrases symbolic of society critique (e.g., "Made it to the school quietly, pulled out my suicide-pistol riotly!"). Baroness and Destro suggested to Hanks that these adverbially-arrayed African-American rap-music videos represented pedestrian polemics (incendiary dialogue) in the media age. Hanks agreed...

Hanks realized that what Baroness and Destro (as agents of the super-terrorist organization Cobra) were implying was that the proliferation of culturally-symbolic communications jargon in the modern media was creating all sorts of American society criticism. Hanks privately concluded that Baroness and Destro sought to cite the accessibility of the media to argue that pedestrianism consciousness could literally be 'shaped' through marketing. Hanks wondered if Baroness and Destro were interested in a 'brainwashing-podium' in this modern age of EWTN and Al Jazeera, but Baroness and Destro explained they were simply Marxism-oriented consumerism/media 'critics' (interested in the social academic relevance of war-toy marketing in the era of explosive capitalism/consumerism --- e.g., distribution of toy water-pistols to African-American youngsters in the economically-struggling American inner-city)!

Baroness and Destro dropped Hanks off at the White House, demanding he share with U.S. President Donald Trump what he discussed with them. They also demanded Hanks keep his secret 'interaction' with the Cobra agents a secret, and Hanks conceded. Hanks walked into the White House and explained to President Trump that he was 'escorted' by two Marxist radicals who insisted he pay special attention (since he was a media-celebrity himself) to the circulation of communication/customs jargon in the modern media age and how it impacted societal attitudes towards culture-exchange in the era of commerce/consumerism. Hanks further shared with President Trump his lessons about the adverbially-oriented African-American 'rap-music' etiquette presentations of 'linguistic standards' (and deviance!) shown on MTV and if/how it should impact ESL program critiques. Trump realized Hanks was truly affected by his engagement with the two Marxist 'idealists' and talked to him about the Trump Administration's commitment to the media's impact on education in the age of commerce and customs (e.g., CNN.com, National Geographic TV, Home Shopping Network, PBS, etc.).

Hanks went home realizing he did what Baroness and Destro wanted him to do as well as gaining personal insights into the modern human interest in pedestrianism-engaged social dialogue (e.g., The People's Court). Hanks kept his liaison with the Cobra 'idealists' a secret, but he ordered his personal bodyguards to establish more secure home-fortifying plans (so he wouldn't be kidnapped by Cobra ever again!). Hanks then began evaluating the social relevance of earlier-era America customs-themed films such as The Crucible, Gangs of New York, and Jefferson in Paris. Hanks realized that the proliferation of etiquette-models in the media/cinema reflected a pedestrian meditation on the 'development' of human exchange through basic traffic (e.g., immigration, business, art-exchange, etc.). Hanks realized America was a sort of 'schoolhouse/playhouse.'

SATAN: It's odd how traffic creates 'strange bedfellows.'
GOD: Hanks has correctly-concluded that media is about stimulation.
SATAN: It should be more about education than entertainment...
GOD: That's why Americans appreciate the Smithsonian Channel!
SATAN: Americans are equally interested in threats to peace.
GOD: That's why Americans appreciate The People's Court.
SATAN: The People's Court symbolizes 'democratic idealism.'
GOD: This is the age of 'customs evaluation.'
SATAN: Is this a reflection of pluralism?
GOD: Commerce has bred pluralism (arguably).
SATAN: The new sci-fi horror film Alien: Covenant represents contract-paranoia.
GOD: Alien: Covenant is about competitive evolution and predatory IQ.
SATAN: Alien: Covenant reminds Americans of terrorism (arguably).
GOD: Pluralism always comes with destabilization fears.
SATAN: Will media change human intelligence?
GOD: Perhaps 'TrumpUSA' is a 'beacon' for consumerism sarcasm!
SATAN: Maybe Spielberg will make a movie about immigration monsters...
