Wow, those two are fucking idiots.

Yeah, normally I'd agree but that video was taken by Reed Timmer, a PhD in meteorology and probably the best tornado forecaster and chaser who has ever lived and one of the most respected. He is a pioneer in extreme weather research and flies RC planes around tornadoes dropping probes into them or launching them up from the ground in a specially protected vehicle plus has a special vertical radar that he gets up close then measures vertical wind speeds, something that even doppler cannot do.

He has gotten that close to tornadoes much bigger and meaner than that one, selling the video to pay for his research. If anyone can do it and not get killed, he can, and if I ever went storm chasing with anyone, I'd want him commanding the mission. The guy is fearless.
