There is a deep state.

The Department of State contracts out the issuing of passports to various agencies, barbershops, and photo-booth operators around the country.

Many of these agencies are under white nationalist or foreign control, and they are at law to deny passports at the slightest cause while maximizing their revenue as a government-authorized cartel. It is not even that safe for Americans to travel anymore, anyways.

The CIA is another agency of the Department of State. Some of them are notoriously contracted with cash money: "Do the job and don't bother us with the details." These people are at law justifying their existence and risk lethal or legal retaliation.

Anyone that doesn't believe that there is a deep state that works on behalf of the shadow government that was established with the turning over of our monetary system in 1913? Then they have no idea about the real history of this corporate entity that we call "government".
