There is almost zero chance that Chris Christy will win the republican nomination for president, I'm not sure that is even his goal at this point anyway. Christie scared the donald away from the first debate, and he will scare him away from any venue where trump would have to meet him face to face. Trump knows he can't bully Christie. Christie knows and will gleefully point out all the ways trump is failing and has failed. Above all else, trump fears being known as a failure, and being laughed at. Christie is making sure that trump's failures are known better than all of the other candidates combined.
