But there is really nothing that the police can do to solve most of the murders. The traditional methods of bringing in the usual suspects and putting the screws to them really isn't looked upon so highly in Chicago nowadays. Unless people are ready to make complaints and cooperate with the detectives, the number of unresolved homicides will skyrocket.
