By the end of the next decade, TX will turn a vivid "blue".......

By the end of the next decade, TX will turn a vivid "blue"...….

Your lips are turning blue, from lack of oxygen to your brain. :icon_rolleyes: By the end of the next decade liberals will have fled to Canada, Texas and most of the country will be red.
But you forgot to factor in how opiods are thinning the whitey herds in the red States...

The "vivid blue" parts of Texas are where the crime, corruption, bad schools and poverty are at.
For a look into the future of America under Democrat control look at the suffering in Venezuela.
For a look into the future of America under pseudocon control, look at the suffering in Russia.

You want to explain how and why you think that? lol!!
Are you challenging TroglocratsRdumbs claim?

No?

You stink of hypocrisy. Thanks for proving my point. You walked right into that one.

Bullshit.
Trump is publicly telling his dead-headed followers that the press lies. That's the 1st Amendment he's trying to quash.
Trump publicly stated he was going to ban Muslims. That's a violation of the 5th and 14th Amendments.
Trump has violated the due process to asylum by putting thousands of children in cages in Texas and Arizona.
There's an active coup going on inside the White House with whoever wrote that op-ed for the NYT.
Wake the fuck up.
the media does nothing but lie, until you admit that and stop lying for them we need a voice that will say it for you.
The coup attempt is called 'liberal politics' as usual, as soon as a republican gets elected the special council is summoned and the media goes in to full stalin mode.

I know that there is already a very interesting thread on the possibility of Ted Cruz losing to O'Rourke this November; personally, I actually think that Cruz will squeak through for a narrow win.

However, the future of Texan politics will undergo a major shift in the next ten years.....WHY?

Actually simple demographics. The [legal] influx of Latinos and Hispanics into the state is huge....BUT, what we have not yet experienced is the thousands of children of these immigrants who will soon turn in to voting age.
This, coupled with the dwindling and aging white population of the state, will result into a true blue wave in a state that has been the strongest, conservative base since the days of LBJ.

Bear in mind that losing Texas' electoral college votes, would mean that the chances of a conservative republican being elected to the oval office may turn to be a thing of the long-lost past.
It's like you go out of your way to find bad news for America

Are you kidding?
We're in a constitutional crisis right now with someone in the OO who makes Nixon look stable and sane.
.
.
.

The only constitutional crisis, is caused by liberals who are in government, and not doing their jobs, because they are so consumed by their liberalism.

(and no, I am not including elected liberal politicians)

The President expressing his opinion of the press, is not the government using force to shut down the press. The First Amendment is fine.

The President has complete authority to ban immigration for national security reasons. Immigrants have no right to come here. Neither the 5th or 14th amendments would have been violated by such a ban, if it has been done.

The massive rise in asylum seekers is a bullshit game played by leftists coaching illegals on how to game the system. There are no wars or volcanos in Mexico to account for the increase.

The "coup" in the White HOuse by resisters, is because of people like you, who are fighting the elected President, unduly.

That's on you and yours buddy. And I agree THAT is a problem.

Wake the fuck up.

Well, I live in Amarillo, and today when I had to run my errands, I decided to check out how many Beto signs there were vs. how many Cruz signs on people's front lawns.

Interesting that while I saw lots of Beto signs (around 15 or so), I saw only ONE Ted Cruz sign. There is a fairly conservative neighborhood just to the north of me. The reason I say that is because back in 2016, there were LOTS of Trump signs, as well as lots of signs for the GOP candidates. Democrats? Not so much. Amarillo is a pretty conservative town.

But today? Even in the area of town that was strongly supporting Trump in 2016, only ONE of the lawns had a Cruz sign. All the others were for Beto.

Personally? I think that Cruz has a fight on his hands, and has a very good chance of losing this year. Based on what the signs are looking like (my version of an unofficial poll), Cruz is toast.

Why don't you explain how he's wrong?
Your drive-by cheap shots are all you got.

Because there are huge differences between the GOP and PUtin's party, whatever their name is, and thus I have no idea what imagined "similarities" between the two, g5000, is thinking of when he made that claim.

Thus, I do not have the information available to actually address his point.

If he provides it, which I do not expect, I will be happy to address it then.

And if you think all I do is drivebys, you have not been paying attention. AT ALL.

That's why the direction the Republican party was going under George W. Bush was better for the future of the party. Pro-Hispanic and pro-immigrant.

It's not just my neighbors. I'm gonna vote for him this election. The reason that people like and are supporting him is because he's been all over TX at all sorts of different events, and when he's asked questions about his policy, he does something rare in politics nowadays....................HE ANSWERS THEM WITH WHAT HE WOULD ACTUALLY DO!!!! And, there are no questions that he shies away from, he answers them all honestly and tells the details of how he would get stuff done.

Most politicians answer in canned answers that have been tested on a panel of voters. Beto doesn't.

Primaries have already happened. It's down to the general election in November.

The similarities between socialists in Venezuela and socialist here are pretty obvious. They are all socialists.

But I am not aware of similar similarities between the GOP and Putin's Unity party.

Losing by less, is not a winning strategy.

our democratic primary is tomorow and the cynthia nixon PR blitz is about 25 -1 here over the incumbent andrew cuomo, the reason, he sees no reason to even engage her due to the fact that he feels he is going to win easily...[I'm voting for nixon btw]...the cruz folks probably know they have nothing to worry about.

I am guessing he is old school vs. Socialist Dems aka new school?

Do you know what happens when they get to Washington?
