"The majority of the Al Muthanna complex was bombed during Desert Storm, completely incapacitating Iraq's chemical weapon production capabilities, however, large stockpiles of chemical weapons and bulk agent survived," a 2004 CIA report read.
Most of Iraq's chemical munitions were then destroyed and disposed under the supervision of the UN. Some partially destroyed contents were left over and sealed in two bunkers at Al Muthanna.

US Military officials said that they would have not left chemical material there after the 2011 pull out, if it represented a security threat.

"The only people who would likely be harmed by these chemical materials would be the people who tried to use or move them,"
Thanks for confirming IRaq had WMD.
Next.

"Had" Past tense. This plant was in use during the years the US supported Saddam and turned a blind eye to it's products use on the Iranian and Kurds.

There is no evidence Bush lied. But you keep pedaling THAT lie.

He absolutely lied about the wmds.

There is no evidence of a lie. You know it, I know it, the world knows it.
Well, that's a lie

Study: Bush, aides made 935 false statements in run-up to war - CNN.com

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- President Bush and his top aides publicly made 935 false statements about the security risk posed by Iraq in the two years following September 11, 2001, according to a study released Tuesday by two nonprofit journalism groups.

Lie by Lie: A Timeline of How We Got Into Iraq | Mother Jones

At A congressional hearing examining the march to war in Iraq, Republican congressman Walter Jones posed "a very simple question" about the administration's manipulation of intelligence: "How could the professionals see what was happening and nobody speak out?"
Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson, Colin Powell's former chief of staff, responded with an equally simple answer: "The vice president."
But the blame for Iraq does not end with Cheney, Bush, or Rumsfeld. Nor is it limited to the intelligence operatives who sat silent as the administration cherry-picked its case for war, or with those, like Colin Powell or Hans Blix, who, in the name of loyalty or statesmanship, did not give full throat to their misgivings. It is also shared by far too many in the Fourth Estate, most notably the New York Times' Judith Miller. But let us not forget that it lies, inescapably, with we the American people, who, in our fear and rage over the catastrophic events of September 11, 2001, allowed ourselves to be suckered into the most audacious bait and switch of all time.

And you fucking people are still talking. Putting up childish shit like pictures of pacifiers and whatever the fuck. You can't argue against the Bush administration. The Bush administration proved that they lied to invade Iraq, and the evidence is right there in front of you. You can read it for yourselves. You don't have to hack any government servers or do anything illegal. Declassified government documents from the Bush administration itself prove that they manipulated information to justify an otherwise unjustifiable invasion of Iraq in 2003.

But you little flamers are experts at denying reality. "Liberal liberals are liberalizing America!"

Stop trying to diminish what the Bush administration did. They lied to all of us, GOP and Democrat voters and everyone else on Earth, and you sad pathetic fucking people keep tossing out childish shit to make it seem like it's not that big of a deal, or to try to make fun of me for giving you real information.

Fuck weaselzippers, MSNBC and FOX News. This is proof from the Bush administration itself. Stop trying to argue against the truth. You just look like fucking lunatics.

Of course, it's all Obama's fault. Now that we have that out of the way, Republicans are free to review the declassified Bush government documents which prove that the information on Iraq's WMD was fabricated to justify the preemptive invasion and all consequences thereafter.

The material presented in this electronic briefing book includes both essential pre-war documentation and documents produced or released subsequent to the start of military action in March 2003. Pre-war documentation includes the major unclassified U.S. and British assessments of Iraq's WMD programs; the IAEA and UNSCOM reports covering the final period prior to their 1998 departure, and between November 27, 2002, and February 2003; the transcript of a key speech by President Bush; a statement of U.S. policy toward combating WMD; the transcript of and slides for Secretary Powell's presentation to the U.N. on February 5, 2003; and documents from the 1980s and 1990's concerning various aspects of Iraqi WMD activities.
Iraq and Weapons of Mass Destruction

The documents suggest that the public relations push for war came before the intelligence analysis, which then conformed to public positions taken by Pentagon and White House officials. For example, a July 2002 draft of the "White Paper" ultimately issued by the CIA in October 2002 actually pre-dated the National Intelligence Estimate that the paper purportedly summarized, but which Congress did not insist on until September 2002.
U.S. Intelligence and Iraq WMD

Washington, D.C., October 4, 2010 - For nearly a year before the 2003 invasion of Iraq, the British government of Prime Minister Tony Blair collaborated closely with the George W. Bush administration to produce a far starker picture of the threat from Saddam Hussein and his weapons of mass destruction (WMD) than was justified by intelligence at the time, according to British and American government documents posted today by the National Security Archive.

With the aim of strengthening the political case for going to war, both governments regularly coordinated their assessments, the records show, occasionally downplaying and even eliminating points of disagreement over the available intelligence. The new materials, acquired largely through the U.K. Freedom of Information Act and often featuring less redacted versions of previously released records, also reveal that the Blair administration, far earlier than has been appreciated until now, utilized public relations specialists to help craft the formal intelligence “white papers” about Iraq’s WMD program.

At one point, even though intelligence officials were skeptical, the British went so far as to incorporate in their white paper allegations about Saddam’s nuclear ambitions because they had been made publicly by President Bush and Vice President Cheney.
THE IRAQ WAR -- PART III: Shaping the Debate

Washington, DC, March 19, 2013 – The U.S. invasion of Iraq turned out to be a textbook case of flawed assumptions, wrong-headed intelligence, propaganda manipulation, and administrative ad hockery, according to the National Security Archive's briefing book of declassified documents posted today to mark the 10th anniversary of the war.

The Archive's documentary primer includes the famous Downing Street memo ("intelligence and facts were being fixed around the policy"), the POLO STEP PowerPoint invasion plans (assuming out of existence any possible insurgency), an FBI interview with Saddam Hussein in captivity (he said he lied about weapons of mass destruction to keep Iran guessing and deterred), and the infamous National Intelligence Estimate about Iraq's weapons of mass destruction (wrong in its findings, but with every noted dissent turning out to be accurate).

"These dozen documents provide essential reading for anyone trying to understand the Iraq war," remarked Joyce Battle, Archive senior analyst who is compiling a definitive reference collection of declassified documents on the Iraq War. "At a moment when the public is debating the costs and consequences of the U.S. invasion, these primary sources refresh the memory and ground the discussion with contemporary evidence."

A decade after the U.S. invasion of Iraq (March 19, 2003), the debate continues over whether the United States truly believed that Iraq's supposed WMD capabilities posed an imminent danger, and whether the results of the engagement have been worth the high costs to both countries. To mark the 10 th anniversary of the start of hostilities, the National Security Archive has posted a selection of essential historical documents framing the key elements of one of America's most significant foreign policy choices of recent times. The records elucidate the decision to go to war, to administer a post-invasion Iraq, and to sell the idea to Congress, the media, and the public at large.
The Iraq War Ten Years After

Don't forget the guy who Bush put in the pentagon & who General Franks called "the dumbest guy on the planet" Doug Feith:

Douglas J. Feith - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Feith joined the administration of President George W. Bush as Undersecretary of Defense for Policy in 2001. His appointment was facilitated by connections he had with other neoconservatives, including Richard Perle and Paul Wolfowitz. With his new appointment in hand, Feith proved influential in having Richard Perle chosen as chairman of the Defense Policy Board.Feith was criticized during the first term of the Bush administration for creating the Office of Strategic Influence. This office came into existence to support the War on Terror. The office's aim was to influence policymakers by submitting biased news stories into the foreign media. Feith played a significant role in the buildup to the Iraq war

No, really, Republicans, stop trying to be right and just read the Bush administration's own declassified government documents.

The Bush administration lied to invade Iraq. They lied to Conservatives and Liberals alike. They lied to you, too. Why do you still defend them?

Then why did so many democrats vote to invade?

They trusted Bush and Bush trusted Cheney and Rumsfeld. Bush got screwed and so did everyone else except for the people who got the pallets of freshly minted cash and profits from selling weapons and munitions and other war stuff.

So why did so many democrats vote for a lie?

So why did so many democrats vote for a lie?
Because the Bush administration lied, and because to vote against the invasion would have been responded to by the GOP and FOX News screaming that "Democrats hate freedom and want terrorists to kill us all!", as if the GOP and FOX News needed a legitimate excuse to scream that.

Just read the Bush administration's own documents. They lied to you. Why do you still defend the indefensible? Why are you so afraid of learning?

Since when did Democrats care what Fox and the GOP said about them?

You are a gross, total, monumental moronic ignoramus. I am shocked you are allowed to roam free in society.

So the democrats voted against their conscience because they were afraid of republican and Fox criticism. Why would you support such weak sleazy trashy politicians like that?

What are you people arguing about? Read the declassified government documents from the Bush administration which prove that the Bush administration manipulated information on Iraq's WMD to justify their preemptive invasion.

The only thing that matters in regards to who said what or when is "Who in the Bush administration lied?" Answer: All of them. And, "When did they lie?" Answer: From the start.

If you don't believe me then read the Bush administration's declassified government documents.

Talk about Deja vu, Saddam used to be a buddy of the US, and his sin of invasion of Kuwait (which he practicality telegraphed his intentions to US ) created American phony pretenses to "defend" Kuwait. "Defiling" Saudi Arabia as a base in this phony war is what motivated that psychopath bin Laden to attack the US on 9/11, for heaven's sake. So, in 2003: Bush Jr. convinced a hell of all lot of people to essentially shoot first and ask questions later in what was essentially revenge for 9/11. Really smart educated well meaning people. He even fooled himself. I don't think Bush lied, so much as deluded the masses with a bloodlust for revenge.

Dude, you're a homophobe who loves RuPaul.

How does a human even begin to ponder that mindset?

What is your fixation with Democrats? All that you're trying to do is find some way to pin Bush's lies on Democrats. That's exactly the disconnect that I'm trying to explain to you. The US has tried to play God with the Middle East since the end of World War II and it has all been about oil. George W. Bush had serious pride issues and wanted to invade Iraq as soon as he heard about the World Trade Center. When all available information did not give him the legal justification to go to war against Iraq, Bush and Blair formed their "coalition of the willing" and invaded anyway.

The information disclosed from declassified Bush administration documents since 2003 shows that the Bush administration manipulated information to fit their agenda of invading Iraq. They fabricated intelligence (lied) to justify an otherwise unjustifiable invasion.

The proof is there for you, and you're asking about Democrats. Okay. What did the Democrats know and when did they know it? Were there any Democrats who were privy to the Bush administration's lies? Did Hillary Clinton know that Bush was lying? Was she part of the plan to lie to America to invade Iraq? Those are good questions. But none of the answers to those questions change the fact that the Bush administration lied to the entire world to invade Iraq in 2003.

No, the country trusted him. It was a time of the nation coming together, flying flags and patriotism. We trusted our President to be honest with us. When he hinted or insinuated that the attackers of 9/11 were connected to Saddam we believed he knew things the rest of us might not know. We figured he had all kinds of intelligence agencies and access to all kinds of super classified data. Most of us figured we had to trust him and didn't have a choice.
